Registration/Cancellation Policy:
A purchase order issued by the agency and/or payment must be received to
reserve your seat. Payments not received by December 1, 2008 are required to
pay a $25.00 late penalty. Any cancellations must be made IN WRITING at least
30 days prior to the start of the conference to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 30 days will be limited to attendee substitutions only. |
